Late Cancel / No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A card on file is required to book. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your card will be automatically charged a 40% fee based on your scheduled service total. If you miss your appointment (no-show), your card will be automatically charged a 40% fee based on your scheduled service total. Arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling and may be treated as a late cancellation. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
